Doldrums

I need heat and Helios;
I have cold and cloud.
I need sand and surf;
I have snow or tundra for turf.

It’s winter, winter at high altitude.

Tiny bits of RNA
In moist droplets abound.
For nose and throat they’re bound;
They’ve come for our DNA.

It’s cold and flu season in this hemisphere.
